Coaching leaders and teams to clarity, confidence, and meaningful growth.
Fun fact: my name, Leigh, means “meadow” or “forest clearing.” Over time, that meaning has become a quiet compass for my work — helping leaders and teams step out of the “woods,” see themselves clearly, and move forward with intention.
Leadership today is demanding — cognitively, emotionally, and relationally. In moments of growth, pressure, and change, performance and culture are shaped less by strategy and more by a leader’s mindset, emotional discipline, and relational skill.
This is where I come in.
I support leaders and leadership teams through the transitions that define modern work: reorganizations, promotions, rapid growth, cultural transformation, and the complex human dynamics that come with them. These are the moments where clarity, resilience, and trust matter most — and where the right kind of support can change everything.
My approach is grounded in neuroscience and behavioral biology. I translate how the brain and nervous system work into practical leadership habits that can be applied in real business environments — not theory for theory’s sake, but tools that shift how leaders think, communicate, and show up.
Leaders I work with learn to:
• Think clearly and make high‑quality decisions under pressure
• Communicate in ways that create alignment and psychological safety
• Build resilience — personally and across their teams
• Shape cultures where accountability, energy, and trust can grow
Real change happens when new ways of leading are not just understood, but embodied — and when leaders feel seen, supported, and challenged as they grow into what’s next.
I work with experienced executives who are carrying the weight of major decisions, cultural change, or organizational transformation — leaders who understand that sustainable performance requires clarity, emotional discipline, and a grounded sense of self.
I also partner with rising leaders who are stepping into expanded responsibility and want to develop the presence, communication, and relational skill required to lead well. This work is focused and intentional, supporting those who are genuinely committed to growing into their next chapter.
Across roles and levels, clients come to me when they’re navigating complexity, feeling stretched or stuck, or sensing that something in their leadership needs to evolve — and they want a thought partner who brings depth, humanity, and practical tools to the work.
